Lee-Anne worked for top advertising agencies, including TBWA, before being head hunted by Virgin, London, where she worked for 7 years.
Her portfolio includes work for Dove, Maybelline, Siemens, Sky UK and GlaxoSmithKline, covering print, web & packaging design.
Now in Sydney, Lee-Anne works freelance for her international clients, she strives to use her knowledge to inspire students in reaching their full potential. When not in front of her mac, you’ll find her on the yoga mat, seeking divine inspiration!
Andrew studied Visual Communication in the US where he received an Honours Degree.
He went on to work for international Advertising agencies: Ogilvy & Mather in Milan & Sydney, McCann Erickson in Frankfurt, Bates in Hong Kong, Batey Ads in Singapore and McSpedden Carey in Sydney where he now lives.
Over the course of the journey, he has worked in most categories for brands such as American Express, Unilever, Mercedes Benz, Singapore Airlines, Sony and Louis Vuitton.
Tracey studied Graphic Design Production and Web Production in Sydney, before embarking on a sterling career at HMV, where she worked as inhouse graphic designer.
Tracey went on to work for Estee Lauder and is currently producing design solutions across various industries as a freelance graphic designer. Clients include Bobbi Brown, Mac Cosmetics & Hasbro.
Tracey hopes that with her love of design and inspirational teaching, students will find their own passion for all things creative.
Ben is our web design tutor and is a great example of what TGDS is all about.
Ben brings a strong, pragmatic perspective to design.
“Fundamentals are key. The rest will follow.” This approach helps provide a solid base for each student to build his/her own style.
When the tech is turned off, Ben has been known to explore the more analogue elements of design and typography.
Toni has run a successful design business for over a decade and has designed for international powerhouses, such as Shell, Avis and Honda.
Toni studied Typography in London and Graphic Design in Victoria.
She is an esteemed lecturer and course co-ordinator in Digital Design and Graphic Design at Universities in Australia.
Toni currently works in design and marketing, and lectures on branding and portfolio design.
We teach a mixture of what we call ‘OLD SCHOOL meets NEW SCHOOL’ techniques that get to the core of what it means to be a real designer: design processes, culture & communication, idea & concept generation converging with Adobe skills.
The Graphic Design School was the first solely online Graphic Design School in the world. In 2008, we started our adventure to share our love for design and educational philosophy via the web.
